I'm just seeking some opinions. I'm nearing 26 weeks with my twins. I have continued to exercise throughout my pregnancy to this point. I cut out running entirely, and obviously, I am not exercising as vigorously as I used to. I take Zumba classes, but do the low impact moves, for example. In the last two weeks or so I have noticed I am getting winded so easily. My abs (ha--what's left of them) sometimes ache a bit. I always back off what I am doing and take it easy when that happens. My doctor has said so far I am fine to continue doing what I am doing. But I wonder if getting more and more tired each week is my body trying to tell me something? What would you ladies do? I already feel like a walrus (strangely I have only gained 22 pounds, but there is a LOT of belly going on here) so I feel like if I stop working out I am being incredibly lazy. But, at the same time I don't want to put myself or my boys at any risk. What are your thoughts??
