SCH bleeding again. Talk to me

So last night we laid in bed talking names.  We haven't really done this much, we haven't really bought much for the baby; then at 6:30am I wipe and it is brown blood.  I haven't spotted a drop since the main event where we thought we were losing the baby. We were able to find the HB on our Doppler this morning, but really I feel like I am being punished for thinking I might take this baby home.  

I know that brown blood is old blood, but those that have or had a SCH did yours do this random bleeding on and off?  It's been almost 2 weeks (on Thursday-2 weeks) since that night. I am worried I have been doing too much, it's so hard with a toddler.
