Doppler again

I have one of the Angelsounds fetal heartbeat monitors. In my first pregnancy I started using it a little later, so had no problems or complaints.  This time around I tried using it pretty early (I think around 9 weeks or so) and I am usually able to find the HB.  Unfortunately, if the conditions are not perfect, as in I have just eaten or don't have a slightly full bladder, I have a hard time finding it, which is sort of frustrating and stressful since I am a recurrent loss survivor.  Anyway, I am thinking of getting a better one which also gives the fetal heart rate so I don't have to time it.  

I think a lot of people have the Sonoline B??  Which one do you have and where did you get it?
