MaterniT21 and NT question

I just scheduled my MaterniT21 evaluation at a perinatal clinic (not my OB's office). I will be 12 weeks, and I thought it was just a blood test. The lady told me that there will be an ultrasound as well and to plan for at least an hour appointment. Does this mean we'll be having a NT scan as well as the blood work for the MaterniT21? Anyone know?
