NBR: Bridal Shower

So good (although new) friends of ours are getting married in a few weeks.  I have her bridal shower in 2 weeks and am stumped for a gift idea.  Obviously there's the registry which I plan to buy off of but I've always prided myself in giving something off the registry and something else homemade/sentimental for shower gifts, for example my cousins will be receiving registry items but also homemade football baby blankets (they're huge college football fans) for their LO.  I feel like it adds a little something extra and one of a kind.  But for the life of me, I'm stumped!  My creative thinking just seems to be gone since getting pregnant!  Any thoughts?
