Who is cooking Easter dinner? I said I was going to do something small this year because it is just DH and the kids but he forgot about the soldiers home alone on Easter so I will be cooking. On the menu, Spiral cut ham, collard greens, baked Mac and cheese, candied yams, cornbread and for dessert will be a white chocolate almond cheesecake. Every major holiday since I have been in the army and not deployed we do dinner for those that don't have family around or don't have family. I do it because my first Thanksgiving in I remember being alone and how much it sucked. What's on the menu for tomorrow?
