Personal Attendant

One of my friends at church asked me to be a personal attendant at her wedding in the beginning of June. We're due with our first at the end of August. Should I accept? I'll be about 29 weeks then. Just want to make sure this is something I'd be able to handle and don't know what to expect since its our first.
