Spotting

I will be 18wks this Friday with my 2nd baby. This morning after going to the bathroom I noticed blood. It is only when I wipe and I did call the Dr. He advised me to keep any eye on it today. I go for my ultrasound Monday. Although it is not alot an constant I am worried. I know this happens but its a first for me! Anyone else experience this?
