it's worse, the second time around

I started crying in the office today before my monthly checkup with the OB.  It was as if I have something in my head now (knowing what I know now about bad things happening) that something is bound to be wrong.  Of course, all is well, and she reassured me that there is no reason to believe the pregnancy was anything other than normal.  Baby sounds great, uterus is in the right place.

It's supposed to be easier with certain things the second time around, but I definitely feel more anxious THIS time around.
