Cool name coincidence

We have had our girl and boy first names picked out for a while now. DH and I found out that both names have something to do with our families.

Our girl name was my mother's first choice for my name but, my dad vetoed it.

Our boy name turns out to be DH's great grandfather's name.

We had no idea about the history of either name when we chose them. We were only told when we mentioned the names to our parents. Just wanted to share the cool coincidence.
