"Unusual variant"

WTH DOES THIS MEAN!?!? 

I had my anatomy scan today and everything looked fine except for this blood vessel that is supposed to go away and its supposed to be on the right side but it was on the left side. I cant remember the f.ucking name of whatever it is she called it. But she strongly urged me to go ahead and get my quad screening which we didnt do with DS and werent planning to with this baby. Whatever is still there she said "most likely is nothing", but then she kept telling me to do the quad screening so I could be prepared. I HATE ultrasound MDs. They are always so vague expecting your primary care to tell you whats really going on.  I keep telling myself DS # 2 will be fine but I am soooooo f.ucking annoyed.
