Subchorionic Hematoma anyone?

I was diagnosed with this yesterday and put on pelvic rest. This is where there is bleeding between the uterus and the placenta. Apparently it's not a threat to baby or me as long as I take it easy. No heavy lifting, no working out and no sex.

My question is, I am only on pelvic rest until my next appointment on April 16th (when I will be 13 weeks) but the doctor said it doesn't usually correct itself until 20 weeks. Anoyone have any experience with this? How long were you on pelvic rest? I'll definitely ask my doctor again at our next appointment but just curious.
