BF supplies? What do I need?

I was not able to BF my first due to complications during pregnancy that lead to an early and traumatic delivery. This pregnancy has so far been great and there is no indication that we will have any repeat issues. I plan on BF baby and I'm curious as to what all I need. I see tons of stuff online, special bras, breast pad thingys, creams, nipple guards, its all a bit overwhelming! For those of you with experience, what items should I buy and it have on hand when baby comes?
