mastitis?
I guess this is more for STM's. My SIL and I email back and forth, and she just had her baby. She's EBFing so I asked how it's going. She mentioned getting a clogged duct and thinking it may have turned into mastitis. What the crap is mastitis, and how do you avoid getting it? Have any EBFer's experienced this?
