double stroller or new crib

My in-laws just told us this week that they would like to buy something that we need for the new baby due in August. Right now I have a 15 month old who will be 20months old when Baby 2 is born. 

 

We are debating asking for a double stroller (baby trends kind or other) OR another convertible crib.  My husband thinks we can do without the double stroller since our toddler has a wagon and toy car that we can push. Our park is very close but I don't think he has thought about malls or longer walks?

 OTHERWISE, is is better to go for another crib since I'm pretty sure little man and we won't be ready for him to go to a toddler bed when baby arrives?!
