Itchy rash advice

Yesterday mornig I woke up with an itchy red bumpy rash on my collarbone area and neck. It is still there very red and extremely itchy. I've had a stuffy nose my entire pregnancy but did have a cold about two weeks ago. I am sneezing alot now and nose is more stuffy. I put a message in to my dr, but am wondering if I should be more concerned about this rash than I am. The itchiness is driving me crazy but I refuse to ich. Any help would be greatly appreciated I am starting to get really nervous about it.
