XP: Anyone here done mini-IVF?

So on another board a couple of different posters were telling me that their RE's (one of which was Check at Cooper who specializes in DOR) recs mini-IVF for ladies with ultra low or undetectable AMH. 

One of the ideas my DH and I have been "toying" with is doing a freeze all cycle for use later. However, I was just interested to hear if anyone had tried it.

Mini-IVF seems much cheaper.  Please tell me about your experience.

DX: DOR & Fragile X premutation carrier 2011: FSH 13.3 & E 99; AMH 0.54 2nd FSH 6.2 E 40's AFC: 8 BFP from Clomid/IUI ~ Pre-e and IUGR during pregnancy ~ LO born 9/4/12 Feb. 2013: AMH less than 0.16 (undectable) ~ FSH 6.8 (normal)
