Fioricet for Migraines?

Hey ladies, do any of you have experience with Fioricet? My OB recently prescribed me some for my migraines but I'm not entirely trusting of this clinic so I thought I'd see if any of you are familiar with it.

I was on imitrex for many years but stopped taking it since it wasn't too safe for pregnancy.
