Asthma and pregnant

Has anyone else's asthma been acting up lately? I'm 17 weeks and I've been super sick. Pneumonia, which brings a horrible cough, in which my asthma acts up. Doctors say using the inhaler and nebulizer at home is safe...but I can't help but worry! Any words to ease my mind? Ftm
