Should I be offended?

A lady at work just asked if I was having twins and that I am big for 5 months. She followed that up with "it's all belly though."

Even I think I am big for 5 months, I have gained 15 pounds but it honestly looks like I am about 7 months. I'm not sure how to feel about what she said because I feel the same way. Maybe she just shouldn't have said it out loud. hmmmm. . .
