Breast reduction and breast feeding

I had a breast reduction back in 96. They told me there was a 99 chance I wouldn't be able to breast feed. Has anyone had a breast reduction and breast feed their babies. I'm would love to. I know I did the right thing back in 96 have the reduction but I kinda feel guilty for having it done and not being able to give my baby the best there is
