Trisomy 2nd round results 1:120

Hi all,

Got a call about the part two genetic results today. Everything was really strong except for the Trisomy 18, it was 1:120. The dr. said I don't need an Amnio for further testing..that the cut off for high risk is 1:100 but it seems awful close! The first round of testing was 1:600 which seemed more normal! My PAPP results were also slightly lower, she said that I will have to be monitored a little more closely, but again it could be fine. If I want to get a level 2 ultrasound next week at the anatomy scan, I can but she is not ordering it based on what she has seen.... Am I over thinking this?!!
