Starting a new job..help!

I got a very good job offer at a eye dr that I have been wanting for a while! I interviewed tues and they called me today to tell me I have the job! It's starting out with a great pay and benefits after 90days.as a hairstylist, that's something I cannot pass up with it being so stable.

The only problem is, they don't know I'm pregnant.i didn't tell them in the interview bc I know 9 times out of 10, they won't even give you a fair chance bc of the pregnancy.so, since I am hired...when should I tell them? I'm 18 weeks so I still have some time in to get my training...I don't want to hide it ESP since I'm showing but I also don't want them to make an excuse to let me go...
