cramping

Ok, i know everyone has been posting about cramps, but i havent seen any with the same issue. So i wake up every single night, with really bad cramps. But the cramps are in my rib cage. I have literally been kept awake at night bc of them. And baby is only the size of an onion, im 17 weeks, so i know its not baby in my rib cage. Does anyone else have this issue or maybe some suggestions. TIA!!!


Fyi, I should also had that i have not had any bleeding.
