Anyone do kegel exercises and notice any benefits? I know it can help with urinary incontinence but I also read it can (maybe) help prevent hemorrhoids, help strengthen the vaginal wall to increase pushing strength, and help with healing of perineal tear/episiotomy.
I try to do them when I think of it but then I forget about it for a while. I know everyone is different but I'd try to be more conscious of doing the exercises if I knew it would really help. Just curious if anyone who regularly did kegels noticed any benefits.
