Hi everyone!
So as I've mentioned before, I'm predominantly vegan...until I became pregnant...my eating habits have been horrible! And my weight is being put on quickly. I'm a carb fiend and my cravings have been: Easter candy, popcicles, fruit, and cupcakes. I have zero energy. And this week, burgers have been my craving! I finally gave in, and it wasn't as tasty as I remembered...so back to beans and peanut butter for me....
Anyways, I'm worried I'm not getting as many nutrients as baby needs. My hubby made a huge pot of veggie chili which was great for a while but now i'm so sick of it...and I'm sick of salads. So basically, I need some help with finding some great recipes for green veggies. Any suggestions (trying to stay away from dairy)?
