Sciatic and shin pain

Please go away! I am having a lot of sciatic pain especially after carrying my 2 year old. Sometimes its to the point where I want to cry. It comes and goes. I have started using a heating pad and am even bringing it to work. Is anyone else having this issue?

I am relaxing as much as I can, which isn't a lot. I did not have these issues with my first pregnancy!
