When did you hear the HB on your doppler?

So out of those of you who have a doppler, when was the soonest you were able to pick up the HB?

I broke down and ordered mine today (I want the peace of mind) and I know I'm going to try it as soon as I get it in the mail, but I just want to see if I'd still be too early (10 weeks today). And the last thing I want to do is freak out and be one of those FTMs calling my OBs office when I shouldn't be able to pick it up yet.

I looked online and it's all over the place, some people say they picked at 8 weeks and some said not until 11 or 12 - so a wide range! So what about you ladies??
