Chloasma/ Melasma- Not on my face!

I was getting a prenatal facial yesterday and the estetician pointed out that I have the "mask of pregnancy /chloasma/ melasma" on my cheeks. I'm super pale, and the melasma is only slightly darker, so she only noticed it under the light.

However, last night, DH noticed I also have it -- a lot more prominently-- on both sides of my rear! Like two handprints of spotted skin! It is so strange. 

Do any of you have it on your face or in other unexpected places? I know some people get it on their arms/elbows, but I've never heard of anyone getting it on her butt.

Pregnancy symptoms can be so strange.
