6 week u/s

I had my 6 week u/s today. Baby is still measuring just 1 day behind. i'm 6w5d, but baby measured 6w4d, which she said was fine. HB measured 124 bmp. They took my bp at the beginning of the appointment and it was really high, so they went ahead with the appointment and tried again at the end, thankfully, it was back to normal. Here is a picture of our little one.

 

 

ETA: I have another u/s next week, and there was what looked like a small bleed just below the sac, but she said it looked like the blood was flowing, she didn't seem concerned at all.
