7w0d ultrasound, progress but no yolk sac/fetal pole

Just a quick update on me in case anyone is wondering.

I had our second u/s with our OB this morning after Friday's nightmare u/s adventure. Our RE said we wanted to see gestational sac growth today at the very least, and we were happy that the u/s today showed it had! However, there is still no yolk sac/fetal pole. I know this could still go south fast, but for now we are hanging onto any good news we can get. We also had a beta draw yesterday that went to 4658 from 2569 (110 hour doubling time) but both the RE and OB said it's still going up and to not give up hope yet. My husband lost his marbles yesterday because of the slowed beta numbers, but he seems to be in much better spirits today. 

ETA: Our next u/s and beta will be next Wednesday. FX!
