Transitioning from PIO to Crinone

I had a miscarriage in December after my first IVF cycle, during which my estrogen and progesterone counts had gone very low and this was our first clue it was going to happen. This time around, I did a FET so I was on estrace and have continued the PIO after the BFP. I'm 5weeks2days. I'd love to switch over to crinone after my next beta as the shots are starting to get really painful, but I'm concerned that the transition might cause a sudden decrease in progesterone and put the pregnancy at risk. I can tolerate the pain if necessary.

 

Any one else make that shift? If so, when did you do it? How did your doctor's monitor it?
