My first ultrasound was today. I'm 6w5d, but the gestational sac was empty.  The tech wouldn't tell us anything, and I won't get to talk to my doctor until tomorrow. We're heartbroken, but I have to say, I had a feeling from the very beginning that this wasn't going to be a take-home baby for us.
