My DH is going out of town beginning tonight and I just realized that this means I'm on my own for my PIO shots. Ahhhhh.....

Has anyone given themselves the injection that is willing to share some tips?

How do you pull the plunger back to make sure it's clear and actually see it?

I have permission to give it to myself in the thigh but she said it hurts a lot more. Anyone with experience?

Freaking myself out here. haha!
