So confused!

I am one day late and took a red dye pregnancy test. I thought it was negative and discarded. I'm not exactly sure how long I stared at it but probably around 10 mins. My husband dug it out of the trash weird I know. And texted me at work saying that I am in fact pregnant because there are two lines. He sent me a picture and there is a definite second line, faint but there.

I know they say tests are invalid after 10 mins. And I'm going to test again in the morning working a night shift. But I'm so curious to know the likelihood of this being positive!!

What do you guys think?
