This Week's Leaders in November 2013 Moms

1st Trimester

Advice please.

November 2012 in 1st Trimester

7 weeks today. I've been having cramping off and on the entire time but last night I was having some pain on my left side by my hip. It wasn't incredibly bad but it wasn't cramping it was more like a sharp pain. Then this morning I started spotting brown. What do you guys think about this? I already have a previous appointment in a few hours just a nurse intake. Should I call now and see what they say or just wait? TIA.
