Testing and confused

My last period was on Sept 27th, I have yet to have my period and I feel like I'm having early pregnancy symptoms. So, what do i do ..i go to the store and by a bulk package of tests. Two were positive and Two were negative. I immediatly called my OBGYN they sent me over a lab sent to get blood drawn. The blood work came back as 5.19 I was told anything over a 5 is positive. However, i called my obgyn office today and asked about the results and my doctor wrote me off as negative. Should I be concerned with this doctor? Should I get a new doctor or just wait until I'm farther along obviously to get a higher reading.

Any suggestions or comments would be appreciated.
