Traveling next week; planes, trains and automobiles. Any advice?

Ok, there are no trains involved. But I am doing a lot of driving, and flying in the next 2 weeks, headed from NYC to a family wedding in CO and then to TX for Thanksgiving and back again.

 I will be traveling when I'm 5 -6 weeks. Should I be concerned about anything healthwise? (I called my doctor, left a message with nurse, just want to hear your experiences)

My DH knows that I won't be carrying any heavy bags, and that I will need FREQUENT bathroom stops but other than that...I guess I'm just going for it!

Do you ladies have any experience with this/advice? Thanks!!
