4 week symptoms

So...this is my fourth pregnancy (2 ended in m/c, one is my DD who is 5). With all my other pregnancies I found out after 5 wks so I was already experiencing m/s and vomiting. Last week I had several bouts of nausea or days where I was not hungry or didn't find food appetizing. My skin broke out last week and then Monday is when I got my BFP. Since then, I haven't had any nausea, but my skin has gotten really dry and my fatigue is getting worse by the day. Yesterday my nipples started getting really sore and of course I have the bloat. I will be happy if I don't end up getting m/s but I am wondering what everyone else's symptoms were at this early stage, or if you had any? Thanks!
