nausea and bloat is back with a vengeance

I thought i was in the clear, i knew it was too good to be true... i cannot even leave my bed today or ill instantly need to get sick. and the thought of eating is impossible. Does this sound normal? I feel like not being able to move is quite severe: ughh..
