Face wash solutions???

I was told at my first appointment to discontinue the use of acne washes. My dr actually told me not to use anything that I wouldn't put on my baby's skin. I have no problem with this as obviously I want the best for the little seedling in there...however my face and chest are breaking out so bad!! Anyone have any natural or safe washes they are using and would recommend? I've been using Dove bar soap but it's just not cutting it please help!!
