1st Trimester

Tips on getting back to sleep

So every night with out fail during this first trimester I wake up early and it seems to be getting worse. I bought a body pillow and that has helped with the pain I was having in my hips. Our bedroom is on the cooler side cause I sleep better when it's colder. My usual trick of letting the tv be on is good for falling asleep ,but it does't help me get back to sleep. HELP!!!
