Pregnancy Test Faint Line

So my hubby and I have been trying to conceive for only one month. I have PCOS so we were really worried, but my period is about 10 days late so I took a pregnancy test today after work. It is a Clearblue test and after the 3 minutes I looked at the test and I thought at first it was negative, but then I noticed a pretty faint vertical line. Any thoughts? I'm so nervous!! It is a little bit hard to see in the picture, but it's there!
