TWINS!!!!! oh my god....

So I posted a few days ago about how horrible my morning sickness is and not wanting to take zofran.  I finally got a prescription for 1/2 stregnth and I am feeling a bit better.   Well, I had my ultrasound yesterday (finally) and I am having twins!  I am in total shock.  The doctor says that explains why I am so sick and tired.  There is no family history of twins so we are in shock!  I already have a 2.5 and 4 year old.  I am going to have 4 children under 5!  oh my god....anyway, thanks for all the help wit the zofran issue   I just still can't wrap my mind around this!
