When will you start to show if...

When will you start showing if you are petite?  I am only 4'11", and was about 93 lbs before I was pregnant.  I have gained a couple/few lbs, especially since I am pretty active, thus making me hungrier than ever!  I am nervous that I will start to show soon (I am currently 8 weeks + 3 days), and I can't let anyone know for at least a month because I am high risk (balanced chromosome translocation).  Any insight, thoughts, or experiences would be very helpful!
