Who has had spotting and ok?

I'm 4 weeks today - got my BFP 10dpo (last Thursday).  Just had some red spotting when I wiped.  Not alot, but enough to make me worry now.  Feels like AF with mild cramping on and off.  I didn't have this with DS.  I've had 3 m/c before so I'm freaked.

Normal?  I had a blood test this am (before the spotting), and I've called to tell them and try and get a progesterone level tacked on to it...haven't heard back yet.
