safe temperature to have

November 2012 in 1st Trimester

I went to the Dr today and they tested me for strep - negative. They r treating me for it anyway. I am 11 weeks & my temp is usually around 98.4 consistently. Being si k right now it is between 100.0 and 101.0. When should I get concerned that my temp is to high?
