Very slow rising hCG levels.....

Hi. I think I am nearly 7 weeks based on last period. I had an u/s on 10/31 and the dr only saw a yolk sac. He says either the baby stopped growing or I ovulated late. I had my hGC levels test and they were in the 7000 range. I had them checked again 2 days later and they only increased by about 200. The nurse says I will likely miscarriage. Has anyone had this happen and have a healthy pregnancy? I am totally freaking out and can't stop crying!
