I just got back from our first u/s (6w2d) and I decided I should be brave and move on over here from the IF board.  My history is in my siggy, but suffice it to say that it's been a long haul, so I'm still being very cautious about things.  My RE had me come for an early first u/s because of my ectopic history.  We were able to see two sacs, two yolk sacs, and two fetal poles (one with a heartbeat), all in the uterus this time, so that's a major victory for us! RE said she wasn't necessarily expecting to see a heartbeat today, so she said not to count the second one out yet. Time will tell. Next u/s is in 1 week.  Hoping to get to know you all over the next 8 months or so!!
