2nd US- question for twin moms and those taking zofran

I had my 2nd US today at 7w2d. Baby A is measuring on track with a HR of 152. Baby B is measuring a week behind with a HR of 105. I'm not really expecting baby B to make it at this point, but should I be thinking like that? I know that i've seen some success stories with one twin measuring behind. For now i'm very happy with Baby A, and will just hope for the best for Baby B.

 Also- i've been horrlbly nauseated and started zofran today- anyone else taking zofran? My doctor told me to take it around the clock b/c it works better than if you just take it after you feel bad. I'd like to take the least amount of medication as possible and only take it when I need to, but want to follow his advice to see if it helps. Any personal advice? thanks!
